Meet Sarah
I believe in the power of the human-animal bond and nature to accelerate client discovery, insight and growth. I team up with my registered therapy dog Cricket as my co-therapist in the Cary office. I also provide equine-facilitated psychotherapy with a herd of horses as my co-therapists at a farm in Wendell. Experiencing authentic connection with animals and a positive therapeutic relationship can be the catalyst you need to facilitate the change your desire in your life.
